About Us

The King George Wine Society (KGWS) is the King George Virginia Chapter of the American Wine Society (AWS).

The KGWS is governed by the Operating Procedures and Standing Rules found in the By-Laws link below.

Membership in the KGWS is limited to 70 members. KGWS currently has 51 members in good standing.

Chapter members must be members of the AWS. Membership will be granted to those on the waiting list on 1 April following the end of the regular membership renewal period, up to the membership limit.
